• Providing sales coordination work and support to sales team
• Prepare and manage delivery orders, invoices and quotations
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Handle tele-sales and email enquiry
• Inventory control function
• Responsible for documentation and maintaining job file with relevant sales documents in line with ISO requirements
• Other general admin duties as assigned
• At least 1 Year(s) of sales admin/ coordinator experience
• Able to speak mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
• Female. Require to work closely with female superior and required to climb up 3 storeys of stairs.
• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
• Singaporeans/ PR only
